Here's an easy DIY: coffee filter garlands. Made simply from brown and white coffee filters (you could also add-in tissue paper and/or burlap, lace or doilies) and twine, these would look pretty strung throughout the venue for a shower, ceremony or reception. Simply poke a hole through the center of the coffee filters and string them onto the twine in bunches. Separate each "flower" by tying tiny knots before and after each bunch of coffee filters. You can make them as long as you would like them to be!
